Kendall R. Monson, is an attorney at the Law Offices of Fedor Kozlov, P.C. Before attending law school Kendall volunteered for Porter County Department of Child Services working as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children who were admitted into the DCS. She began her legal career with a strict concentration in the practice of Real Estate law. She has completed over 220 residential and commercial real estate closings. Priding herself in effectively working with agents and lenders involved in the transaction to allow for a smooth transaction for both Buyer and Seller. She has since expanded her legal practice to handling a variety of types of claims in diverse areas of law, including General Litigation and Family Law.
Before joining The Law Offices of Fedor Kozlov P.C., Kendall worked at John T. Clery, P.C. as an Associate Attorney. She also completed an internship with Kane County Prosecutor’s office where she was able to gain insight on litigating criminal cases and participating in hearings in specialty courts such as drug and mental health court.
