Fedor Kozlov concentrates on representing clients in unemployment, employment (including claims under the Illinois whistleblower act), sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and other labor-related matters.
Before founding the law firm, Mr. Kozlov worked at several different Chicago law firms. He received his externship experience at Cook County Office of Public Defender. Before becoming an attorney Mr. Kozlov developed excellent negotiation skills by volunteering at different not-for-profit organizations.
Fedor Kozlov graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University, School of Law. He is now licensed to practice law in Illinois and Northern District of Illinois. He counsels individuals and companies on a wide variety of labor law aspects: discrimination and harassment; retaliation; wrongful termination; contract and severance negotiation; wage theft; non-competition agreements. Mr. Kozlov also represents individuals and companies in unemployment dispute hearings before administrative law judges and Board of Appeals and has a significant winning record in these types of hearings.
