Daniel Kugler

Daniel Kugler specializes in Family Law, Debt Collection, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is licensed to practice in Illinois State Court and Federal Court. Daniel excels at administrative law, having guarded the rights of his clients before the Illinois Prisoner Review Board, The Illinois Secretary of State Office, and the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). 

Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and graduated from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he was a recipient of the prestigious Edward T. Lee Scholarship. While earning his law degree, Daniel externed with the Honorable Justice Michael B Hyman of the Illinois State Appellate Court, gaining inside knowledge of the Appeals Court process. Daniel also spent two semesters at the Federal Defender Office, representing indigent clients who had been charged with federal crimes. He has attended training alongside Cook County judges in the growing field of Restorative Justice. He also worked for a distinguished personal injury firm that focused on medical malpractice and class action suits.
