Brigitte Auer practices civil litigation, and has represented employers in numerous unemployment administrative hearings.
While studying at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, Brigitte clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. There, she gained invaluable experience conducting preliminary hearings and preparing for trials. From there, Brigitte worked for a private criminal defense firm where she handled a wide variety of cases ranging from misdemeanor DUIs to homicides.
Brigitte switched gears upon relocating to Illinois, and joined a real estate firm where she conducted hundreds of transactions, representing both purchasers and sellers. She continues to have a number of real estate transactions, but now her focus is on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and commercial litigation.
